Abbey Rentals Ltd was formed in 1998 with the sole purpose of providing management of student and post graduate properties in the historical city of Chester.
On the back of recent changes to the rental market we can now provide both a letting and management services for all types of lets, from students to Corporate and families.
Whether you are new to lettings or have done so in the past, Abbey Rentals has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the student and general lettings market in Chester and the surrounding areas.
For example, as market leaders in the student rentals business we only offer 12 months contracts for students. Thus, delivering more income to the landlord over the academic year backed up by a parental guarantee.
In addition, all our student houses now have secure wireless broadband with ongoing IT support and this can be arranged for an additional small monthly fee.
With the 3 levels of service, Let Only, Rent Collection and Fully Managed, there is a great choice for the absent or proactive Landlord and this can be changed over time. Thus, the investment is protected from all angles.
Much of our work is now IT based so emails and rent collection are done at the click of a button – saving the Landlord time, hassle and money.
Another important service that we now offer is paying the Landlords within 3 working days of receiving rents, thus cash flows are protected.
