Fast to sign up to a property, good selection of properties on their books. Our house is large, and rooms are a good size, we had a few problems at first, but they got back to us and sorted them with no problems. Would recommend, biggest student letting company in Chester. Reliable and easy to deal with. We're happy with our property now and look forward to the rest of our time with Abbey rentals.
