We have a booking software and all tenants emails/phone numbers are in this system. We will always give you reasonable notice when an external tradesmen/company is coming over to carry out works. With our in-house manager, once a repair has been reported he may pop over the same day to resolve this issue. However, we will always endeavour to let you know. When viewings commence, you will be sent a text when the viewing has been arranged and a reminder on the day of the appointment.

However, we can offer 8 car spaces per annum to its customers on a piece of land 5 minutes away from the University. This facility is FREE to all our tenants on a first come first serve basis, and you will need to contact our sales and lettings office for a permit. For non-tenants, there will be a weekly charge of £25.00 for this service. For tenants taking one of our Foregate Street apartments, there is a weekly fee of £25.00 / £108.33 per calender month for secure parking.

Under exceptional circumstances, tenants may wish to terminate their contracts early. This is required in writing along with a re-letting fee of one month's rent, after which the room will then be re-advertised via various websites. Unfortunately, the tenant and guarantor are still held responsible for the rent and terms and conditions of the ongoing contract, and these must be honoured until a suitable alternative tenant can be found. Once this has been done, the company will inform both tenant and guarantor of the cessation of their liabilities.
We will insure the bricks and mortar of the property, as well as the fixtures and fittings supplied. All personal belongings that require insuring will be the responsibility of the tenant. Just call or email our sales and lettings office straight away. The Maintenance Manager will normally assess the situation within 24 hours. Once an assessment has been made, the necessary action will then be taken within a reasonable timescale. Rest assured that it will be fixed as soon as possible so that as little disruption as possible is caused to the household.
