I understand that the Tenancy Agreement must be signed by ALL tenants AND guarantors within 5 working days of issue - failure to do so will result in the loss of all rent paid to date and the house being remarketed.
I understand that Students will charge myself and my Guarantor a £1.00 signing fee.
I understand that if one tenant drops out then Abbey Rentals reserves the right to withdraw the offer of tenancy for the whole house and remarket the property and all rent paid to date will be lost. If the Tenants can find a suitable replacement this may be accepted, or in exceptional circumstances rents can be transferred to another property.
I understand that if my advance payment is not paid by the 4th October 2021 then I will be subject to the late payment fees outline in my Tenancy Agreement.
I understand that the key retainer of £20.00 must be paid upon key collection and is refunded when I return my keys at the end of my Tenancy.
I understand that I cannot move into the property until after 6PM on the start date of my Tenancy.
I understand that when I move out of the property, it must be left how I found it and failure to adhere to my Tenancy Agreement will result in charges.
I confirm I am a full time student at Chester University at the time of my tenancy starting.
I understand that after my Tenancy Agreement is signed and completed, if I decide to not proceed with my tenancy then I am liable for the full 12 months until a suitable replacement is found.
