Fast to sign up to a property, good selection of properties on their books. Our house is large, and rooms are a good size, we had a few problems at first, but they got back to us quickly. The problems were due to abbey only taking over the property a little before we moved in so fair enough to them they sorted everything out. Would recommend, biggest student letting company in Chester. Reliable and easy to deal with. We're happy with our property now and look forward to the rest of our time with Abbey rentals.

As we also run our own business full-time, we decided to opt for the fully managed service from them and we haven’t been disappointed. They take all the strain off our shoulders and deal with any issues quickly and professionally. They manage attracting tenants, undertaking viewings, the administration of getting the contracts signed and guarantors in place, ensuring that the property meets all regulatory annual certification (gas, electrical, fire extinguishers and alarm system, smoke detectors, etc.), collecting rents, managing repairs and cleaning properties between changeover. If we had to do this work ourselves, it would cost us more in time than paying the maintenance fees!
Tim and the team have also been fantastic at helping us keep the properties up to the standard that tenants expect by advising us when repainting needs doing, furniture or mattresses need replacing and notify us of any changes in regulations that will affect us.
We haven’t been disappointed in any of the services that we receive from them and would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey Rentals to any “professional” landlords who want a top quality letting agency to operate on their behalf.
We literally just receive rent each term and Abbey Rentals do the rest!
