I, along with three friends, started tenancies with Abbey Rentals for the 2017/18 academic year and will be continuing to do so for 2018/19. During this time, Abbey Rentals has completely exceeded all expectations. Our house has been refurbished throughout the year to ensure that we are happy and feel comfortable where we are living; just a few small changes has allowed us to have a place where we feel completely at home whilst studying at university. These changes were done promptly and without encouragement by Alan, who without a doubt is one of the nicest men I have met and who will also go above and beyond to keep tenants happy. In addition to this if anything needs fixing, such as a blown lightbulb or tap, someone comes by within 24 hours to resolve the problem. The response speed of the Abbey Rentals team cannot be faulted. Furthermore, we are always notified significantly ahead of time if someone will be coming round to check the meter readings etc., allowing us to be informed every step of the way has enabled us to really feel a part of the process.
I cannot thank Abbey Rentals enough for how they have treated us this past year, and I look forward to continuing my tenancy with them.
Very helpful when I was looking for accommodation, nice staff who explained everything thoroughly, any problems at the accommodation and they were sorted instantly. Will definitely be using again for third year!
