Helpful and friendly when looking around the house. Told us it was going to be refurbished and asked us what we wanted, which was really good. When I've had problems with the house they listen and answer all the questions. Always let you know when they're going to come around.

I went to Abbey Rentals to view some houses with a friend after having a few bad experiences with other companies in the area and was pleasantly surprised with the standard of houses compared to others I'd seen!
