Fast to sign up to a property, good selection of properties on their books. Our house is large, and rooms are a good size, we had a few problems at first, but they got back to us quickly. The problems were due to abbey only taking over the property a little before we moved in so fair enough to them they sorted everything out. Would recommend, biggest student letting company in Chester. Reliable and easy to deal with. We're happy with our property now and look forward to the rest of our time with Abbey rentals.

As a 3rd year student I have previously been with another agency for houses and both years we had big issues with the landlords, which left us very unsatisfied with our housing situation. With Abbey Rentals we had a very good experience as even though we weren't with them they listened to our problems, helped us out and had a laugh. Great staff who deal with you immediately and spend a lot of time and effort in the house viewings.
