My husband and I have been landlords since 2007 and Abbey Rentals have been managing our 2 properties during that time. If we had to do this work ourselves, it would cost us more in time than paying the maintenance fees!
Tim and the team have also been fantastic at helping us keep the properties up to the standard that tenants expect by advising us when repainting needs doing, furniture or mattresses need replacing and notify us of any changes in regulations that will affect us.
We haven’t been disappointed in any of the services that we receive from them and would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey Rentals to any “professional” landlords who want a top quality letting agency to operate on their behalf.
We literally just receive rent each term and Abbey Rentals do the rest!
